Please consider this a formal request under Kentucky's open records laws for the following documents:
1. Any performace audit conducted of the Kentucky Retirement System conducted during your tenure as state auditor. If none exist so state:

5. Any performance audit of the Attorney General's office conducted during your tenure as state auditor. If none, so state.
6. Any financial audit of the Attorney General's office conducted during your tenure as state auditor . If none, so state.
7. Any performance audit of the Kentucky Bureau of Investigation conducted during your tenure as state auditor. If none, so state.
