Please Mr. Hoyer, we beg you, don’t inflict anymore economic damage on the U.S.- you’ve done enough over the last three years

Steny Hoyer, the number two liberal in the House of Representatives has promised that he and the other liberals will pass a jobs package before Christmas.  At CE, we are begging Mr. Hoyer to take the rest of the year off.  In fact, they can take the rest of this year and next year off.

The liberals running Congress have inflicted more damage on the U.S. economy than any group since the Hoover Administration.  From the day they took the reigns in 2007, the liberals have been engaged in economic terror.  They pushed new anti-business anti-growth regulations. They mandated job killing across the board wage hikes.  They promoted incentive smashing new taxes.

Then, not content with damaging the economy that first year, they inflicted even greater pain with their failed energy policies.  To make matters worse their grotesque deficit spending dwarfed the fiscal irresponsibility of the GOP.  In their first year spending our money, the D.C. liberals set a record deficit of $460 billion, only to follow that up with a near economy shattering $1.4 trillion dollar deficit this year.  That deficit is 8 times larger than the last GOP induced deficit.

When their mortage bubble burst, causing the calamitous financial crisis of 2008, they repsonded by passing a crony pleasing TARP package that pumped trillions of borrowed money into their Wall Street buddies pockets while shafting main street bankers.  Then, they  blew any chance of a quick recovery with their "re-election" slush fund otherwise known as the Obama Pork Package.  Along the way they blew about $75 billion bailing out the car company unions and frigthened small business owners with their "health care reform".

Now, they want to pass more legislation?  Really, Mr. Hoyer, we don’t need your "help".  Please, just sit quietly in the corner until we can send responsible, sane, normal human beings to the capitol next November.
