Obama’s position could set the stage for teenage women being drafted by the military

The Old School media has clamored for an issues oriented campaign.  How about teenage women being drafted in the military?  Sound far fetched?

If Barak Obama’s plan to have women register with Selective Service is put into effect, they could ultimately be drafted.  As it stands right now, only eigtheen year old men have to register for Selective Service with the federal government.  That registry would be used if the government ever decided to reimplement the draft.

Thus, if Obama’s plan to have teenage women register as well as men, they could ultimately be drafted.  One has to wonder if all the bubble headed coeds grooving to the Obama vibe are aware that if Obama has his way, they could be grooving in olive drab.
