Vice-President-elect Joe Biden told ABC news that he would be "honchoing" a policy by the White House Task Force on Working Families, that would study whether or not the middle class is shrinking or expanding and whether or not it is better off or worse off.  (Webster has announced that the word "honchoing" will be added to its next edition, while Wikipedia already has an entry)  Biden and Obama plan on spending taxpayer money studying these "burning issues", and propose any necessary solutions.

I can save all of them some time, and all of us money, by writing their report now.  Biden's task force will conclude that the middle class is shrinking and that it is worse off.  Biden will then propose to help the middle class by having rich people pay for more government programs to help the middle class including paying for their health care, college tuition, new government jobs.
 
Now, Biden can get back to the important business of attending state funerals and listeningly politiely and intently to Obama at Cabinet meetings.
