Democratic Senator says tea partiers don’t really know what is happening in the U.S.

Delaware’s appointed senator, Democrat Ted Kaufman, told a local televsion host that the tea partiers are angry, but that the government is too complicated, so they don’t really know what is going on.  Kaufman said that Sarah Palin appealed to those in a small "niche market".  The condescension was dripping from Kaufman’s words.  Read the story here.  Watch the video below:
